Tiles are produced by hand, using natural raw materials. Therefore, please take into account that the thickness, size and minimum hue of each patch can be different. The dimensional tolerance on the webside, in the catalog or in the sample can hesitate by + -2%. It doesn’t basis for a complaint.
When ordering tiles, we make sure that when they are intended for one room and we should order them in one order. After receiving tiles, it’s also very important to ckeck the parcel in the presence of the courier, whether the goods haven’t been damaged during transport. Within 14 days of purchase, we should also check color and pattern selected tiles. We should also check suitable dimensions (taking into account the tolerance mentioned above). Non-compliance with above conditions doesn’t basis for a complaint.
The guarantee doesn’t cover tiles damaged during incorrect installation, for example in the case of using inappropriate mortars, wrong tools, mechanical damage such as scratches, breaks, flooding with liquids. The guarantee also doesn’t cover non-compliance time of the glue absorption and non-compliance with rules concerning the gluing and grouting process.

COMPLAINTS
We should submit complaint in writing to the seller’s address within 14 days from the date discovered defect. Please use the application form below. The letter must include:
– order number
– the symbol and name of the tile
– the number of defective patches
– photos of damage
The seller has the right to check tiles in order verify the legitimacy of the complaint.
If the complaint is found to be justified, the Customer has the right to replace the defective tile or tiles on the same without defects or price reduction of the product or products.

Due to the fact that tiles are made by hand, what is related to the individuality and originality each of the, please be patient while waiting. We set the waiting time individually depending on the size of the order.
